A 56-year-old Oswego, New York resident pleaded guilty to receiving child pornography on June 10, 2026, the U.S. Department of Justice announced.
Robert J. Stachura entered the guilty plea in a case announced out of Utica. Utica is a city in New York state.
The U.S. Department of Justice identified John A. Sarcone III as the First Assistant United States Attorney involved in the announcement. Craig L. Tremaroli, who leads the FBI's Albany Field Office as Special Agent in Charge, joined Sarcone III in making the announcement public.
Stachura, 56, faces federal charges after admitting to the receipt of child pornography, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
