A man from Broome County has been indicted on charges of distributing child pornography, the U.S. Department of Justice announced. The indictment also includes a charge of possession of child pornography.
The U.S. Department of Justice said the announcement was made jointly by John A. Sarcone III, who serves as First Assistant United States Attorney, along with Craig L. Tremaroli and Steven G. James. Tremaroli holds the position of Special Agent in Charge of the FBI's Albany Field Office, per the U.S. Department of Justice. James serves as Superintendent of the New York State Police.
The U.S. Department of Justice confirmed that the Broome County man faces both a distribution count and a possession count related to child pornography.
