A 26-year-old citizen of India employed as a hairstylist on a cruise ship has been indicted on two federal counts of abusive sexual contact, the U.S. Department of Justice announced. The charges name two separate cruise guests as victims.

First Assistant U.S. Attorney Charles Neil Floyd made the announcement, according to the Justice Department. Both alleged offenses took place aboard the vessel.

The defendant's case is set to be heard at U.S. District Court in Tacoma.

The Justice Department said the two counts stem from incidents involving guests on the ship where the defendant was employed in a hairstyling role. The defendant is 26 years old and holds Indian citizenship.
