A guilty plea in a bribery case was unsealed on July 9, 2026, in U.S. District Court in the District of Columbia, the Justice Department announced. Tracy Hatton, 60, who previously held an administrative officer post at McKinley Technology High School, entered the plea.
The scheme drained more than $40,000 from the District of Columbia government, according to the Justice Department. McKinley Technology High School is a D.C. public school.
U.S. Attorney Jeanine Ferris Pirro announced the case. No sentencing date appears in the Justice Department's disclosure.
