A Dublin, Ohio man pleaded guilty in federal court in Columbus to coercing and enticing a minor, the U.S. Department of Justice said, following his arrest in Utah in November 2025.
The abuse involved minors in both Ohio and Utah, according to the Justice Department. The Columbus federal court accepted the plea in the case that spanned two states.
The charge carries sentencing consequences that range from a mandatory floor of 10 years in prison to a maximum of life behind bars, the Justice Department said.
