Federal prosecutors asked a New York judge on October 14, 2026, to impose life sentences on two luxury real estate brokers and their brother, all convicted of sex trafficking earlier in 2026.

The three men sexually abused dozens of women over roughly two decades, according to ABC News. Prosecutors said the men drugged their victims as part of the abuse, and NBC News reported that they used their professional influence to facilitate it.

ABC News described the two brokers as among the most successful luxury real estate agents in the country. The sentencing request was outlined in court documents, NBC News said.
