One pilot aboard an Amazon cargo plane repeatedly warned the other that the aircraft was coming in too fast, beginning nearly two minutes before the plane ran off a runway in Miami, ABC News and NPR reported by September 10, 2026.
The crash killed five people, according to ABC News.
NPR said the cautions were directed at the other pilot in the cockpit, and that the speed warnings were derived from flight information data.
