The complaint, as Ars Technica described it, accuses a former Apple engineer of exploiting a software bug to take trade secrets. TechCrunch reported that the filing also includes allegations that employees joked about unauthorized access to Apple's systems, and that Apple hardware was requested from job candidates during OpenAI's hiring process.
